A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held at the Clubhouse on Weds 10th June 2026 at 19:00 (doors open at 18:45).
At the AGM, it was decided and supported by members for a Special General Meeting to be held with a small agenda to ensure that members could have another opportunity to become paid up members and be correctly nominated for the currently vacant Officer & Committe positions. A nomination form is attached. Candidates must be paid up members for the 2025-26 Season and must be nominated by a paid up member. Members can make no more than 1 nomination.
Also, during the AGM it was highlighted that some amendments to the Club Rules should be made, so this SGM will allow Members to view and vote on the proposed changes to the Club Rules which can be found at Appendix 1 of the SGM Agenda.
Notice of the SGM, nomiation forms and role descriptions can be found on the club noticeboard in the foyer of the club and will be shared on the clubs social media communication platforms and emails to members where GMS allows.
